In collaboration with Madeline Weiner, this series of large-scale reliefs was created between 1998 and 2004 for Denver University. The two large reliefs sit as bookends on the façade at the entrance of the Lamont School of Music. The left relief celebrates the contemporary sound of jazz, while the right portrays the classical. These limestone reliefs are 12” thick and consist of six separate pieces stacked, carved, then installed.
